Decisions are made unconsciously, all the time. So much so that we don’t even see the decision-making as it’s happening… it just happens.
The work to make your decisions conscious—one’s you actually want to make or, at least, one’s that lead you toward what you actually want—necessitates some inquiry.
For me, two questions help:
1) what do I want more?
2) who in me is choosing that?
>> “What do I want more?” helps me to discern between the often overwhelming and competing choices I’m looking at… it helps me remember what I want MORE than what might be the easy or habitual choice. What I want more changes. What I want more is answered by remembering what matters the most - not just now but for the “then” that I’m wanting to create.
>> “Who in me is choosing that?” reminds me to return to a more authentic, essence-based place in myself—a place that isn’t defined or inhibited by stories of doubt, fear, resistance, or the need to turn away from the life I have.
You know what you want but what do you want more? And is the “who” in you that is answering that question an ally or an enemy?
You don’t lack discipline or will power. I promise you that. Try working with these questions and see what happens.

Why I Love What I Do...
One of my favorite things about the work that I do is that it can take many forms. I am so grateful that I have been able to take all of my education (formal and informal) about being human (the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic) and integrate it into my work with clients and students.
I love that:
>> I can work with individuals in a 1:1 relationship - whether it's on a short-term basis where we dive in to discover what the client wants to change and how to make that happen or if it's on a more long-term basis, where we lean into the work to support a more holistic, on-going approach to meeting the conditions of life.
>> I have developed two different ways for individuals to work within the context of a group of others on the same path -- Weekly Meditation & Coaching Groups & Year of Intention. Group programming not only makes what I offer more accessible from a financial perspective, it also builds community and creates an incredibly rich synergistic dynamic in which everyone learns from each other.
>> I can offer monthly in-person meditations where I can teach the practice and also offer guidance to students on experiences that arise during the meditation. Seated practice is an incredibly important and foundational practice to any endeavors aimed at creating change inside or out.
>> I develop & facilitate custom workshops and talks for larger groups at conferences and through in-house programming for companies. These often give me the chance to use my knowledge and years of experience to curate content that is unique to the audiences I'm serving.
>> I am able to offer an Annual Wellness Retreat -- going on my 9th year(!!) -- where I integrate yoga practices, yoga nidra, breath work, and meditation to
create a nourishing and nurturing container that supports individuals in their overall wellbeing. These retreats are as much about resting and recharging our minds & bodies as they are about self-discovery.
If you would like to learn more about working with me in any of these capacities, please schedule a call with me so I can learn more about you, where you are in life, and what you're hoping to gain out of working with me.
