Let me let you in on a secret:

Most of the time, my inner voice is saying:

- I f-ed it all up

OR 

- I’m f-ing it all up

OR

- I will most definitely f- it all up

And right now, I’m deep in the thick of all three of those variations.

Because, you see, it’s in times like these — when I have so. many. things. to point to in my life that would be proof of those very things, it gets super hard to discern truth from illusion, reality from the way I’ve been conditioned to unconsciously perceive reality.

And in truth, I am too far down the path of self-observation, of inner work, of Awareness, to fully trust my thoughts - especially these highly familiar ones. 

But, damn, it’s still painful. Because suffering is. Being human is. That’s one thing that we all share.

No matter the content of our lives or the content of our minds, we all share the one thing that we often feel most isolated in - suffering & the pain it brings.

So, I guess, I’m just here to say: I get it. I get it so deeply that my entire life has been organized around learning and teaching how to reduce unnecessary, unconscious, and habitual suffering - in myself & in others.

Hang in there. 

Breathe and feel the breath.

Listen and feel the sounds.

Soften and open to receive life right now - just as it is & just as you are. 

It will shift… it always does.
