The Space is Where You Exist
This seemingly elusive space is found when we pause.
There is space between each breath.
There is space between each thought.
There is space between each action.
This space, this pause, seems way too fleeting, way too small to possibly have all the potential that it does.
And, yet, it is truly the only place where possibility exists. The space is the only place in which we have the opportunity to consciously choose and to change. The space is where (the true) you exists.
We have the opportunity to see ourselves here, in the pause; to truly see ourselves. It is also where we can see what beliefs and stories we’ve acquired throughout our lifetimes.
Through practice and over time, we can see and feel the difference between those two selves
And we have the potential to heal in this space. When we allow ourselves to pause, here, to hold the space for ourselves no matter what is arising, no matter what is seen there... so that the healing and growing can occur.
But first, we must know, through experience, that the space exists. We must get familiar with the space so that we can begin to lean into it, to trust it.
We learn only through experiential practice. I am here to support you in these practices and, perhaps more importantly, in connecting and integrating these understandings in the life you live.
