Weekly Meditation & Coaching Groups!

 

These weekly groups have become one of my favorite ways to work with students and clients, alike. In these groups, we explore, by way of meditation, our inner experiences as human beings. We have a chance to learn about how we’ve been conditioned/patterned over time and in relationship to life.

Through awareness-based coaching tools and practices, we also have the chance to begin to undo the unconscious parts of ourselves that has us operating in a state of unrecognized reactivity to life. The support and presence of a group of committed peers helps guide individuals in personal growth and transformation. 

*No prior meditation experience required or necessary!

When: Tuesdays 4-5pm (9/8-11/24) - starts next week
OR Thursdays, 4-5pm (9/3-11/19) - starts THIS week

Where: wherever you are! All sessions will meet via Zoom
Cost: $225
