You may have already seen my general email yesterday but, if not, I’m including what I wrote here.


If ever there were a time to understand our deep connection to one another, it is now. Though this has always been true, the degree of consciousness in the choices we make now will ripple out in very tangible ways for the foreseeable future. These current conditions have the potential to shift our perception -- from individual to community, from parts to whole, from me/mine to us/ours -- and thus our decisions, actions, and our shared trajectory.
 

It is critically important that we follow guidelines set forth by the WHO and the CDC when it comes to the practice of social distancing right now. If you aren't making changes to your lifestyle, routines, and habits right now, I urge you to consider how that may impact not just you and your immediate community but the broader global community. You will know if you are making changes that are impactful if you feel the friction and discomfort that arises when you have to go against the grain of what you like to do, want to do, always do, wish you could do, etc. Choose the make the changes anyway.

It is also critically important to continue to find ways to connect with one another and to cultivate and continue practices that nourish and support us. So, it is in that vein, I will be moving my meditation & yoga teaching online and hope that
you will join me there!

Donation-Based Meditation
ON ZOOM*
Mondays, 7:15-8pm

 

Meditation is a state of being. We practice by sitting down, getting quiet and learning how to harness and direct our attention, waking us up to the full experience of the life again and again. As a result, we begin to actually be IN life, experiencing it fully. Seated practice allows us to learn about ourselves, about these wonderful and wild minds of ours, and about our humanness. Seated practice can provide us with the space to feel a deeper sense of wellbeing, vitality, and groundedness.

Join me for a donation-based meditation practice every Monday evening from 7:15-8pm. The practice will include 30 minutes of guided meditation and 10-15 minutes for questions & guidance at the end of the sit. 

Suggested donation range: $5-$20

**VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS**


In lieu of teaching my in-person class at Lucid Living, I will teach one class each week via Zoom (video conference) that will be recorded. You can join me live on Tuesdays from 12-1pm or you can request the link to the recorded class to practice anytime that works for you. 

While I realize that this is different than practicing together in person, I hope that it is still a supportive and useful way for you to connect with yourself, with breath, and with what's in front of you in each moment.

Please pay via Venmo (@EllieBurkeLife) - regular drop-in rate is $20 but I'm making this a pay-what-you-can deal so that anyone can access.

This group will combine meditation and life coaching tools along with the support and presence of a group of committed individuals to help guide individuals in personal growth and transformation.
