Oh how I've missed teaching yoga and meditation to you all! After a several-week-long hiatus and upon a lot of reflection about how I can best show up as a teacher right now, I've decided to launch a Patreon page! 

I couldn't be more excited about the flexibility and freedom this platform offers me and, most importantly, YOU. With multiple tiers of membership to choose from (starting at only $5/mo), you can select an option that best fits your life right now. 

I will be updating the page weekly with new classes - both yoga and meditation and at varying lengths - so that you have can fit these practices into the ever-changing state of your life. {More on that below!}

I was delighted to be able to share my thoughts with @sculptcorepilates last week about how to navigate creating and sustaining a “schedule” in our continuously changing, pandemic lives.

For many of us, every day in the past 6 months has brought a shift, a pivot, a complete turnaround or a full stop in terms of our daily routines. 

This not only can create some seriously intense difficulties when it comes to meeting all of life’s demands, but it can also wreak havoc on any kind of attempt to take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically. 

And if you’re anything like me, when those bits begin to crumble, it’s the beginning of the end! 😳
