I'm back! And I've missed you all! 

One thing that I consciously intended to do while on vacation was to *truly* give myself the time and space to be FULLY in my life beyond work and routine and the regular day-in-day-out experiences.

This was not an easy task for me. I usually work throughout, seeing clients here and there, teaching virtually, etc. 

I’ve done this in the past because I love what I do and it all gives me a certain kind of vitality and energy.

But I was curious... what would I feel like if I dropped fully OUT of that experience and fully IN to this one - rather than sort of teetering on the edge between the two, not fully immersed in either.

I discovered that there's so much goodness in the freedom and flow.. in just a few days of paddling, swimming, boating, floating, running, reading, eating, laughing, wandering, counting dragon flies, watching gold finches, doing puzzles…. I feel more rested and more alive and more myself than I have in a very, very long time.

And I know, in my heart, that this is because I was able to not only hear but respond to every call that ignites my spirit. And when I can do that, when I can be reminded so deeply of that part of me that listens, senses and knows what I'm being called toward, I can respond and receive what I need.

The more I have inside, the more I can give out - a beautiful, reciprocal relationship with life, when I intentionally create the space for it.

So, I'm back! Fully here for me and for you.

1st: Let yourself get curious about the difference between the “types” of calls

2nd: Be intentional about creating the space to begin to hear which calls “ignite your spirit” - which things, people, places, activities are drawing you toward…

3rd: Trust and follow

Know that this isn’t a work of blind faith. This is a way of living that results from learning to trust, learning to have a faith that extends from a true feeling, a clear "seeing" from the inside out.

I've opened up a few spots in my ongoing Weekly Meditation & Coaching Groups (what I like to refer to as "The School of Unlearning") - this is a rare opportunity to join, so please let me know if you are interested!

We all have learned who to be, what to be, and how to be in this world. This conditioned way of operating in the world keeps us limited in our relationship to our life as it directs us, unconsciously, in the choices we make, the actions we take, and in what we believe about ourselves and the world.

Through awareness-based coaching tools & practices, we have the chance to begin to undo the unconscious parts of ourselves that have us operating in a state of unrecognized reactivity to life. The support and presence of a group of committed peers helps guide individuals in personal growth and transformation. This is the School of Unlearning. No prior meditation experience necessary.
