MEDITATION IS BACK—IN PERSON!
It's been a long time coming, friends! I am thrilled to announce that I once again will be offering guided sits in person on the first Saturday of each month in 2022. After so many Zoom meditations (and I'm grateful for those!), these offerings feel precious and new.
I will be offering 6 shorter sits and 3 half-day silent retreats, all taking place on Saturdays throughout 2022. All meditations are by donation. When paying, please choose an amount that feels like an equal exchanage for how it supports you. Proceeds will support various organizations working for a better world.
The first offering is coming up next week on Saturday, March 5, from 9 to 10:15 a.m. All sits will be first-come-first-served based off of registration. I will send the link to register 10 days prior to the sit. Please note that all sits will be held at my home - the address will be sent upon registration. That being said, if you'd like to invite someone to the sit whom I do not know, please email me with an introduction.
**Until further notice, all participants are required to be fully vaccinated and wear a mask while moving around (masks are option while sitting) - please upload your vaccination card during registration (unless you've already sent it to me for a previous sit/retreat)
