Hello - I'm happy to be here with you. 

Last week's note to you was chock full of several things I've got going on this Fall (I've left all of that below in case you missed it!). This week I'm sharing some details on a couple of things I'm *really* looking forward to - I hope you consider joining me!

1) A while back, I shared my thoughts about the ever-elusive state of "happiness" on Instagram. The post inspired my friend Jennifer, Creative Director at the beautiful space that is Boketto, to invite me to expand on this topic (yes!) in a moderated discussion with the lovely Carrie Contey (yes!) with direct, live interaction with participants (yes, again!). Please join us on Thursday, October 13th, 6-7:30pm (via Zoom) for Happiness vs Joy: A Discussion. This is a pay-what-you-can & no-one-will-be-turned-away event - link to register is here.

2) My Annual Wellness Retreat is just 2 months away! Though all of the private rooms originally sold out, the retreat center has made several more private single or double rooms available to us. There are also shared, dorm-style rooms (the most beautiful, spacious, and clean dorm-style I've ever seen hahaha!) available in the cottage - our central gathering space for yoga & meditation practice. Registration for the retreat will officially close on October 15th - so don't wait!

MONTHLY MEDITATIONS

This donation-based monthly meditation will be a 45-minute sit followed by 15-30 minutes of guidance on individual experiences from the sit.

Suggested donation: $10-$40.

SILENT HALF DAY MEDITATION RETREAT
These retreats will include four 30-minute meditations with short breaks between each. There will be time at the end for guidance on individual experiences.
