Do you experience stress and/or anxiety regularly?

Seems like a ridiculous question given what we've all experienced in these past 16 months... 

If there is one thing that almost 100% (okay maybe the actual solid 100%) of my clients and students manage, navigate, or deal with on a regular basis its this: anxiety & stress.

Even prior to the pandemic, people across the globe were experiencing adrenal fatigue, among other stress-related symptoms, because their sympathetic nervous systems were working on overdrive.

While we cannot control the outer environment, we can make choices about how to support ourselves (and how to be in relationship to that outer environment).

There are some very simple mindfulness exercises that you can use on a daily basis that can support you when you're feeling stressed or anxious. My most recent blog post as well as this video collaboration with one of my favorite communities over at RVA Performance Training, explore how these simple tools can soothe and relax your nervous system.

I would not be where I sit today without learning to sit with myself.

Over the past decade, I have worked with her 1:1, sat for hundreds of hours of weekly meditations, and accumulated weeks of silent meditation retreats.

And now, only now, am I ready to offer this to you...

Though I always incorporated silence + meditation into my annual retreat, I will now begin to offer silent meditation retreats. It is an honor and a privilege.

My first offering will be a Half-Day Silent Retreat:
