Young professionals often struggle with the active process of becoming self-aware and making choices that lead them toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth: a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. 

As part of the HYPE Wellness Series I will be
sharing my thoughts on self-care, which is less about bubble baths and more about living life to the fullest. Touching on how to intentionally exclude or include parts of your life in the quest and how to not burn out at work, or personally, you’ll leave this session in a better place than when you walked in!

Donation-Based Meditation
@ Lucid Living
Mondays, 7-7:30pm

Summer Dates: 

6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5

Meditation is a state of being. We practice by sitting down, getting quiet and learning how to harness and direct our attention, waking us up to the full experience of the life again and again. As a result, we begin to actually be IN life, experiencing it fully. Seated practice allows us to learn about ourselves, about these wonderful and wild minds of ours, and about our humanness. Seated practice can provide us with the space to feel a deeper sense of wellbeing, vitality, and groundedness.

Join me for a donation-based meditation practice every-other-Monday evening from 7-7:30pm. The practice will include 20 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes for guidance at the end of the sit. 

Suggested donation range: $5-$20
Participants will need to complete a waiver and can do so here, in advance, or upon arrival.
