Going out on a limb here but I’m guessing [if you are anything like me] you:
are touched deeply by life but also unwilling to not be
are highly sensitive to the “Es” –energies, emotions, and environments– around you
wrestle internally with the balance of self-care and world-care
have tried an abundant amount of wellness strategies, read a million self-help books, and developed numerous rituals and routines in an attempt to increase your sense of resiliency and wellbeing
have felt lost, alone, and isolated on your journey and instead of learning to deeply trust yourself your self-trust has been eroded over time
Trust me when I say, I see you and know your struggle… and I know from seeing and knowing my own struggles along the way.
My journey toward holistic well-being has not been linear, predictable, clear, or easy. There have been many peaks and also many deep valleys. It is in the deepest of the valleys where I began the process of understanding my health from a holistic perspective - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic - and the strong interdependence of all the components that keep me healthy.
It is from my work on myself along with the decades of teaching and coaching others – endlessly putting together dots – that I have developed the concept of the Human Needs Ecosystem.
And this is what I will be sharing with you over this next month together.
My hope is that through this work you become increasingly internally oriented and decreasingly externally oriented; that you learn to look inside yourself for information and that you learn to trust that you have the capacity to make the most supportive choices for yourself.
There’s a saying, which – yes – is a bit intense but also so true: the teacher dies but the teachings remain. My goal as a teacher and a coach has always been to give teachings that become yours, that you can carry forward into your life with or without me.
So excited to be part of your experience. I’ll see you in your inbox tomorrow!
