Things change. 

And we often remain the same. 

We carry the same story, we view the world and ourselves through the same conditioned filter…

We don’t change just because life has —though big life changes can certainly shift us or wake us up to other possibilities. 

But we CAN change if we choose. This kind of change, which is entirely connected to our inner self, is called growth. 

➡️ GROWTH is INTENTIONAL⬅️

Growing with and as a result of change creates wisdom. It is the path of learning to be in relationship with what is instead of trying to make what IS what you want it to be.

Though it can feel lonely, there are other people out there who are choosing this path. I know this because I experience them all the time. 

These are the people who seek me out for meditation, for guidance, for coaching. 

These are the people know that there’s more and are looking for the way towards meaning and purpose in their lives.

These are the people who are no longer FULLY buying their own inner talk, their own inner drama. They know that there is a different way to live… they just can’t quite see the way forward.

These are the people you will meet in the Year of Intention community… people digging in to this work, exploring with curiosity, and showing up for themselves and each other.

Nothing has supported me in my life more than the direct teachings & guidance of my teacher.

Nothing has shown me more about myself and no one has quite ever cut through my egoic material like she has.

I would not be where I sit today without learning to sit with myself.

Over the past decade, I have worked with her 1:1, sat for hundreds of hours of weekly meditations, and accumulated weeks of silent meditation retreats - just returned from a 5-day sit with her yesterday!

And now, only now, am I ready to offer this to you...

Though I always incorporated silence + meditation into my annual retreat, I will now begin to offer silent meditation retreats. It is an honor and a privilege.

My next offering will be a Half-Day Silent Retreat:
