There are several accommodation options including dorm beds, private rooms in the lodge, shared studios, cabins in the woods, and even a few BYO tent/camper van options(!!) this year -  get your friends lined up and so that you can save your spot before the retreat fills up!

This year's retreat will be held October 26-29. We will be returning to the beautiful Heartstone Lodge, nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Maury River in Buena Vista, Virginia. This was the spot for my first few retreats and it truly feels like a homecoming. I hope it will feel that way for you as well.

I'm also beyond thrilled that the magical human Shell will be joining us once again to provide nourishment (in the form of food and drink). I know you will not only delight in what she prepares for us but, in general, the sincerely beautiful presence she brings. 

This year's theme will be VITALITY and I can't wait to explore it with you! xoxo

Saturday Sits RETURN! 
I'm so excited to announce that I will be resuming my monthly meditations on the first Saturday of each month! Join me and our community for a guided 40-minute meditation with time after for guidance on experiences. 
Suggested donation range: $10-$35
