I'm thrilled to, once again, be offering a 4-week introduction to seated practice!
Join me for 4 hour-long sessions in January to gain a better understanding of what meditation "is" and "isn't," as well as learn how to gradually anchor yourself in the present moment. We will explore meditation in incremental steps with plenty of opportunity for questions and guidance. And we will have the opportunity to discuss some of the most common misconceptions about what is "supposed to happen" during and as a result of your practice.
Seated practice allows us to learn about ourselves, about these wonderful and wild minds of ours, and about our humanness. Seated practice can provide us with the space to feel a deeper sense of wellbeing, vitality, and groundedness.
Regular Rate (after 12/31): $100
