It was such a pleasure to be with almost all of you this week for our first group call! I have posted the call recording to the Patreon page and am including it here as well. Please let me know if you have any difficulty accessing it. Also, I had a request to share a longer guided visualization so I am planning to find some time (and quiet!) to record a longer version of what I guided you all through this week. I will post it to Patreon once it's ready. At the end of our call, I mentioned that I would share some suggestions on a format for your independent monthly group calls. Please know that this is just a suggestion! If useful, use the format! If you organically veer off of it at some point because that's what the group wants/needs, go for it!  >>Group Format Suggestion<< 10 min: hellos + settle in 30 min: rotate through the group to share what you're working on (in the context of our work this year) what hurdles / barriers you're experiencing (internally & externally) 10 min: support / resource-sharing / encouragement 5 min: reflection / commitments to self (can be journaled or shared) 5 min: close / good-byes Also remember that, as a group, you can decide if you'd like to share contact info / create a way to communicate (What's App or text group) in between our monthly meetings.
