I hope that each of you gained some insights to support you in your creation of a more intentional life.  For any of you still feeling a bit "vague" or too big picture with your why or where to begin, please schedule one of your 30 min calls with me! It's important to get clear on a specific area in which you are intentionally focusing yourself (this doesn't mean it has to ONLY be this area, but it's important to start somewhere!). For those of you who were unable to attend live, please take some time to watch/listen to the call! Along with the content/exercise for this month, we went over some updates for your small groups to help give them a bit more structure - so you'll want to get up-to-speed there.
