Things I Did Today Instead of Write This Newsletter
Y'all, I opened a browser tab to start writing this newsletter over an hour ago, but I just can't think of anything I feel like writing about. I'm not in a bad mood, I'm just very distractable today. Here are some of the things I've done post-opening this tab and ostensibly beginning my writing time:
Suddenly felt quite tired and warm and got up to take my temperature to make sure I don't have a fever. (I don't.)
Went on instagram and read this book report by ALOK about the racist history of IQ tests.
Read this very well-written, total bummer of an npr article about how a family blames misinformation more than anything else for their matriarch's death by COVID.
Went into the kitchen to chat with E while he cooked us some lunch.
Did some stretches and talked about what we're grateful for.
Pet the cat.
So... yeah, that's all I've got for you today. I'll try again tomorrow and hopefully write something longer/more interesting.
