Tip 105 and New VN?!
Hey All,
Robot Resources, a Horror/Self-Help VN, is set to launch in October!
Cleo, an overworked recruiter, is circling the drain after having spent several nights finishing work. Between nightmares, a demanding job, and the threat of GenAI taking her job away from her, how is a cat supposed to live their best life?!
This story is based on a chapter from my book Work Fur Hire (https://edwin-at-work.itch.io/work-fur-hire). The main horror story involves Cleo, GenAI, and working too late at night. Also, there's a portion about how to write a unique style of resume that could save you hours of effort during your job search! The art style is a blend of early GameBoy and LCD handheld games. Trust me, it works.
Stay tuned in the following weeks for more details. Thank you for being part of this journey!

Now back to the usual job tip…
~~~~
This tip is intended for those who are stuck in a rut with their job searching. It may be time to try something different including expanding the places that you look (e.g., online job boards, local resources), how you go about the process, or even expanding what you are looking for.
Times are tough. There are many who have tried everything. There are other tips which would be more helpful for your search. This is for those who need to expand their search or look for something else entirely.
Edwin, an anthropomorphic jackrabbit, is wearing a business casual outfit and has a grumpy expression on his face. He gives job searching tips by speaking directly to the reader using a dialogue bubble. Edwin says,
"You have three options if you have been unsuccessful with your job search:
1) Change your approach.
2) Create your own job.
3) Start looking for something entirely different.
Sometimes what you are looking for is just not available. Although painful, the best thing may be to go a different direction."
