DWeb Camp 2019

Dear Friends, We're calling all dreamers and builders: for the first time ever, the Internet Archive is hosting DWeb Camp—a four-day retreat July 18-21 on a historic farm just one hour south of San Francisco.

It's for those who want to create a Decentralized Web, where the values of openness, privacy and resiliency are baked into the code. We're creating an event where you can freely exchange ideas about the technologies, laws, markets and agreements we need to create the kind of societies we want to live in.

Your ticket includes four days of healthy, organic meals, community-created workshops, a Science Fair and lightning talks, art installations, hikes to the beach, evening bonfires and music jams, a Sharing Expo, plus camping at one of the most beautiful spots on Earth.

Visit our website for more information on opportunities to volunteer, become a Global Fellow or propose a project or lightning talk.

And be sure to register here to secure your spot.  We must limit campers to the first 500 and once tickets are gone, we cannot add more.

We really hope you'll be at this first-time event. DWeb Camp is a chance to connect deeply to our values, our community and the planet.

Best, Wendy
