I did a robo translation way back in April as part of the process of writing our upcoming book :) It was difficult finding the manual - which is part of the Russian legal order, because in Russia law is secret!

“Наставление По Международному Гуманитарному Праву Для Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации (Manual on International Humanitarian Law For The Armed Forces Of The Russian Federation),”, https://normativ.kontur.ru/document?moduleId=1&documentId=9424.4 in Russian and unofficial. I was not able to find the source document because some Russian law is deliberately secret.

Footnote from the upcoming book.

Of course the Romanovski translation is much better. But still :)
