Hello folks! Just a last minute note about our store hours over the next couple of weeks. We will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and the day that we’d call Boxing Day if this was Canada, as well as New Year’s Eve and January 1. Other than that, we are open with regular hours, so come on in and spend those gift cards!

We’re also super excited to introduce three brand new yarns to our stock from Rosa Pomar, a Lisbon-based company that makes absolutely gorgeous yarns from Iberian heritage breeds. Our knitting instructor Maggie turned us on to this yarn after using Matiz to make Ozetta’s new Autumn Pullover and we immediately had to have some for the store. We started with three of their lines: Matiz, a squishy, luscious worsted-weight yarn, Vovó, a rustic sport-weight with some lovely marled shades; and Mondim, a sock-weight yarn with some great hand-painted colorways (my personal favorite in the indigo-esque “M80” color). We’ve also been restocking tons of other stuff (Malabrigo, Daruma, Hook Line & Tinker kits, and all the needles you could want), so come down and take a look if you’re still in town!
