Holiday hours and classes
Hello again!
Thanks again for an incredible first week. It’s been amazing meeting all the crafters in the neighborhood and hearing “I’m so glad you guys are here” every time someone walks in the door. More yarn is already on the way to fill up those empty spots on the walls!
I’m super excited for workshops to start in December. Tickets are running out fast, but we’ve still got room available for the following:
Wednesday, December 4, 6:00-7:30 pm: Learn to knit a tiny ornament-sized mitten with Laine! Not only will you end up with a finger-sized mitten, but you’ll quickly learn the same techniques required to make a full-sized one.
Sunday, December 8, 6:00-8:00 pm: Ever wanted to own a tiny cephalopod? If the answer is “of course,” you might enjoy learning to crochet an amigurumi octopus with Mort!
Monday, December 9, 6:30-8:30 pm: Learn how to use a mini-loom to create super cool woven patches on your worn clothing. Only one ticket left at time of writing!
Saturday, December 14, 1:00-2:30 pm: If the tiny mitten wasn’t enough, learn to make a tiny sweater to go with it! Soon you’ll have enough for an entire outfit.
Wednesday, December 18, 6:00-7:30 pm: Learn to repair small holes, busted seams, and missing buttons in this practical mending workshop from Nina.
Lots more to come in the new year - I’ll keep you updated.
FYI: the store will be closing at 3pm on Wednesday and we will be closed on Thanksgiving. Go eat some stuffing!
