URGENT REMINDER TO ALL DOVER SHORES RESIDENTS

PLEASE RETURN YOUR BALLOT FOR THE SPECIAL BY-LAW ELECTION BEFORE THE JANUARY 18, 2021 DEADLINE

The Board of Directors of your Dover Shores HOA needs your vote. The Board believes your “Yes” votes are needed for the Board to be able to conduct the business of our community more effectively.

In short, we need to decrease the percentage needed for a quorum for the Annual Election only from 50% to 33%, and

We need to increase our Board from 7 members to 9.

WE NEED YOUR VOTES. If you haven’t returned your Ballot please do so as soon as possible before the deadline.
