Updated Dover Shores Beach Rules

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM YOUR HOA BOARD

We know many of you are already enjoying our Dover Shores’ beaches. In an effort to avoid any confusion about beach policies during this transition period, and to help us all enjoy our beaches safely, the Dover Shores board has put together the folowing Phase 1 beach policies. These are effective immediately. Lifeguards will also be at the beaches 7 days a week starting today.

COVID-19 PHASE 1 BEACH USAGE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• MAXIMUM OF 5 PERSONS PER ADDRESS (KEY HOLDER NAME & ADDRESS, ID REQUIRED)

• 2 HOUR TIME LIMIT (TO MAKE ROOM FOR OTHERS) SIGN-IN REQUIRED

• 16 PERSON MAXIMUM ON BEACH AT ANY ONE TIME

• SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE MAINTAINED OUTSIDE OF FAMILY GROUP

• FACE MASK STRONGLY ADVISED

WARNING: USE OF BEACHES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THERE IS NO SANITIZING OF ANY EQUIPMENT AT THIS TIME.

THESE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS THE COVID-19 SITUATION CHANGES. WHEN USING THE BEACH PLEASE RESPECT FELLOW BEACH USERS AND RESIDENTS. VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE POLICIES MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF BEACH PRIVILEGES AND/OR FINES.

ALL OTHER BEACH POLICIES STILL REMAIN IN EFFECT.
