Moment by Moment – Poem & Reflection

Sometimes the hardest part is just starting.

Hello friends,

This edition of Broken Echoes is a little late. I meant to send it out yesterday, but I couldn’t quite get myself to begin. No crisis, no excuse, just a heaviness that sometimes shows up and keeps me from starting.

This week’s update centers around a poem I’ve been sitting with for a while. It’s called “Moment by Moment”, and it explores how we try (and often fail) to hold onto fleeting, beautiful moments, especially when we're in the presence of someone who makes time feel different.

The full poem is on the blog:
👉 Read "Moment by Moment"

It’s about those seconds we want to stretch into lifetimes. The way our thoughts tangle and fall. The silence that lingers after someone leaves. If you’ve ever felt out of sync with time, this one might speak to you.

Even writing this newsletter, is my way of moving forward, in opposition to my inability to start. Maybe reading it can be yours.

Thanks for being here.
Thanks for listening.
