The long version:

This was my third year offering pet services professionally, and it's been a good one! I had lots of overnight stays, long walks with dogs, and plenty of playtime with cats and critters alike. In addition, I've been studying for the Certified Professional Pet Sitter exam, which I should be ready to take in late January. I strive to stay up to date on all the latest pet care recommendations to keep your furry (and scaly and smooth and feathered) pets safe and healthy so you can have a peaceful trip.

A change coming in 2026 is that I am switching to an all-in-one platform for managing clients, pets, invoicing, and payment. This should make booking easier for everyone, as you'll be able to see my availability for various services more clearly. Part of this migration will be asking all exiting clients to sign the updated pet care agreement. Once you book your first service in 2026, I'll help guide you if you need help with the process, but it should be fairly straightforward.

Another thing I plan to focus on in 2026 is attaining dog training certification. I've been training and showing my own dogs in various sports for many years, so I'm excited to take the leap and share how fun it can be to build a relationship with your dog for fun and/or competition.

None of the above would be possible without my reliable client base, so I wanted to thank you for allowing me to pursue my passion for animal care and training.
