UNT's Seth Littrell Fired
Seth Littrell was fired after a 44-44 record in Denton, 0-2 in league title games, and 0-5 in bowl games. His teams qualified for six, but will not be coaching the Frisco Bowl on December 17th. In the press conference he talked like he was frustrated but also set on coaching the bowl game.
It may seem on its face like Littrell was doing well but got unfairly yanked from his post. The truth has more nuance. He was really his record: perfectly balanced good and bad on the field. His teams were prolific scoring, but never complete enough to truly break through and win anything of significance.
