The internet has killed culture writing. (The internet is not a subject! It does not have agency!)

But you know what I mean.

The Baffler, on the other hand, is a rare publication that still exists, which in itself is a miracle, and writes really great longform articles on culture. Not just on a cultural item, but on CULTURE. These two have made me mad because I wish I wrote them.
