I’ve got some things cooking, but meanwhile Kathleen and Carrie were nice enough to let me on their podcast again, talking about the 1960s show The Prisoner and my beloved Melrose Place.
The Prisoner is a real trip, a model for a lot of current tropes of sci fi. And the idea is that utopian societies always have something sinister lurking especially if you can’t leave, but I would live in that town forever. I want to visit Portmeiron in Wales where it is filmed.
