What's new in Dendron?

1. Block Reference Support out of Preview. Block references let you embed any block of text from one note into another. This has been one of our most requested features since launch!
2. Graph View out of Preview. Our graph view is now officially super-charged. It loads fast, you can see both hierarchies and links, you can filter the visual based on hierarchy, you can even move notes around and re-arrange them. It's a lot of fun and represents a new and visual way to engage with your notes.
3. Better Multiplayer Support. If you've been working in a shared multi-vault setting, it can get tedious having to commit, push and pull for every single vault. That's why we built the workspace sync so you'll always have the latest notes, quickly.
4. Dendron Seed bank. The seed bank is online. We're bringing the concepts of modularity and portability from the realms of software development into general knowledge. Keep a watch on this space, lots coming soon.

5. Rich Web UI Components. We are building our own native UI on top of VSCode using web ui. It's what we've used to build our most interactive features yet:

   • daily journal calendar
   • tree view
   • native preview

6. Bug fixes, performance improvements and general stability

   • refactor command doesn't also format notes
   • cursor will move to end of frontmatter in a new note
   • don't update updated time if nothing changes
   • bad frontmatter won't crash dendron
   • support microsoft workspace trust
   • swapped out URLs to nano id so they're more publishing friendly (and take up less screen real estate)
