Discord Integration
You can integrate Degen.club with your Discord server now!
This initial integration will post announcements to your server for specific events:
Announcement for any contest that is newly available
Announcement for any prop created
Announcement for any prop offer created
Announcement when weekly lines lock in a picks contest (this will be very useful come September)
Here’s how to enable it:
As a club organizer, be sure to select your club icon on the left-hand side menu. Use the “⚙️ Settings” icon to open the club settings.
At the bottom of the club settings page you will see a checkbox to enable Discord integration. Checking that button will lead to Discord settings page.
You will need to authorize the Degen.club bot to connect to your Discord server. The permissions it needs are “View Channels” (to offer you the place to post announcements) and “Manage Webhooks” (to make it possible to post messages to that channel).
The integration settings will ask for a server name (which defaults to your server name) and the channel to use for announcements.
Optionally, you can test sending a message.
Save the settings and you are good to go.
