We’re about 4 months away from Davis Unity 2026!
Arrange your travel and lodgings ASAP—things are extra pricey extra early this year with North America hosting the World Cup over the summer.
Here are the most important things on your family reunion checklist right now in order of urgency:

Many of the activities are still TBD, but the aim is to lock those in by the end of March or sooner so that we can give cost estimates in plenty of time for the April 30th deadline.
For the Committee: Please update information for your family news since the last Reunion for the "Family Updates" slide show (new additions, graduations, weddings, relocations, new jobs, retirements, etc.). Also, please send pictures of events to Gwynne, or to the shared folder, for that slide show as well.

We have a block of rooms starting June 25, 2024 through June 29, 2026. Our Group rate is $140.00 per night for a King bed or 2 Queen beds. May 27th last day to book with discounts

Rates for Dues:
Families - $50/year (covers parents and children under 21)
Singles (21+) - $25/year
Elders (60+) - free-99 (no dues for you)
**Dues are due every year and should be paid during reunion years AND non-reunion years**
👕 T-Shirts

This year's t-shirts will be purple with gold writing with our traditional Davis Unity logo. Polos will also be available (gold with purple writing).
T-shirt pricing is between $18-$24. This year, the price for the polos has gone up to between $34 and $40, and women can get a woman's tapered cut for the Polos.

❤️🔥 Passing the torch
Hey folks, I’d like to start gathering all the assets that have gone into planning the reunion each year and begin compiling some baseline standard operating procedures. This will be at least a year-long project, very likely longer. The idea is to outline some processes so that down the line, anyone can hop in, see what’s involved, see where they can help, and organize folks throughout the year to more sustainably distribute the labor of planning reunions. This will additionally serve as a jumping-off point to implement adjustments and improvements as time passes.
If this is something you’re interested in contributing to, please let me know. I’ll be exploring secure, open-source platforms to start storing email templates, general timelines, and documenting how we do the things we do 💖
