Postkort fra 2047: The Transparent Supply Chain

The Transparent Supply Chain

Dear Morten,

Got groceries this morning. Tapped the olive oil bottle — full supply chain popped up: Greek farm (family-owned since 1847), harvest date, pressing facility water usage, shipping route (Piraeus to Aarhus, low-emission freight), Copenhagen warehouse (solar-powered), carbon offset verified by blockchain, worker wages at every step.

The kid next to me was comparing chocolate bars by supply chain ethics. She's nine.

EU's Radical Transparency Act made it mandatory in 2042. Brands fought it, lost, adapted. Turns out people buy more when they know the whole story. Unethical sourcing just... evaporated. Can't hide anymore.

Lars complains it's "information overload." Also spends twenty minutes reading his coffee's journey every morning.

Scan, know, choose. Simple as that.
