No surveillance. No cloud. No selling your questions to advertisers.

Aalborg trained theirs on regional dialect. Aarhus optimized for students. Odense's is weirdly good at housing co-op disputes.

EU tried to force "harmonization." Every city council said no. Turns out people trust AI more when it's run by the same people who fix the streetlights.
