Kære Alma,

We went to the vertical farm in Carlsberg Byen today on a field trip. It is seven floors tall and smells like wet salad and warm metal. Everyone got a little yellow helmet even though nothing could fall on you. I kept mine on the whole time. It looked good.

They have pollinator bees that are drones shaped like bees. They bump into the flowers on purpose. ← (that is the whole job.)

One of them bumped into my face and then said "undskyld" out loud in a tiny polite voice. A BEE said sorry to ME. Frederik laughed but I think it was actually a little bit amazing? The farm-lady said they are programmed to apologise if they touch a human. So now somewhere in Denmark there are ten thousand bees walking around saying sorry all day.

Bastian caught a real bee last week btw. He did not apologise.

I am drawing a picture of the fake bee for you. It has a face because I think it should. ←
