The Cloud Seeding Optimization Act passed. Council said "targeted precipitation infrastructure" would be "fiscally responsible." They cut the budget by 40%.

Tuesday's scheduled afternoon rain came out as… mist. Not even proper drizzle. Just sort of hung there. Henrik stood in the park with his umbrella waiting. Nothing happened. The grass is technically wet but no one's sure how.

Weather report now says "moisture event incoming." Lars filed a complaint with the Municipal Climate Office. They sent an automated response: "Your dampness feedback has been logged."

The Dutch offered to sell us their surplus rain. We're too proud.

At least it's consistent. Same disappointing mist, every Tuesday and Friday, exactly as scheduled.
