Getting the order wrong

It’s the 3 Ms:

• Motivation
• Movement
• Momentum

That’s the order.

Motivate myself to move and generate momentum.

Except most days?

I have to move first.

Because that’s where motivation’s waiting.

In that sentence of a novel.

Those first steps on a walk.

First strokes on canvas.

Move first, find the rest later.
