Do you ever code Raft the same way twice?
Do you ever code Raft the same way twice?
Someone recently asked me this question. The short answer is "no." Perhaps that's a bit surprising, but when running courses, I'm never working from a pre-planned "solution." Yes, there is an overall "shape" to a project and some concrete milestones, but the exact implementation details about the code are much more open ended--maybe even a bit improvisational depending on course discussion, my mood, and what I've read or seen recently. This variety is also why I never grow tired of the project even though I've attempted to code it many times.
This brings me to the Rafting Trip course scheduled June 3-7. As you may know, I have an extremely flexible "no questions asked" rescheduling/cancellation policy. Sometimes that means that course slots will open up in a course as the date nears--as is the case for the June 3 course. If you've been thinking about taking the Raft course, I have a few spots available. If you're interested, you can reply back to this message or register at Rafting Trip and I'll provide more details.
Cheers,
Dave
