Happy cover reveal day for Lonesome and Festering by Eric Raglin (me)! Lou-Ellen Allwood (who also illustrated the cover for The Writhing, Verdant End) pulled out all the stops with this art piece based on a story from the collection (I’ll let you figure out which one). Paired with typography design by Alan Lastufka from Shortwave Publishing, this cover perfectly captures the strange, ghoulish, absurd, and unnerving vibe of Lonesome and Festering. Lonesome and Festering is Eric Raglin’s latest horror and Weird fiction collection for sickos, featuring stories about fighting for love, surviving dystopia, and becoming your worst self under capitalism and fascism.
