Erase This Month, Please

Edition 13: September 2018

August was a blur. August is always a blur. August is the worst month of the year, if you ask me, and we should just erase it from all calendars. September was also foggy. I haven’t been reading or writing much, so I’ve combined the two months. Let’s get to it.

What I read

Period Power: A Manifesto for the Menstrual Movement by Nadya Okamoto, Rebecca Elfast (Illustrator): I did not know that there was a menstrual movement, but I’m glad there is. This book is an excellent read for menstruators of all ages, but especially the young ones. This was my pick for the best books we read in August over at Book Riot.
