This is a short special alert, not a regular weekly issue. There is no new docket news this week; the next regular issue will follow as usual.
If Oxford Street Education / Croft School owes you money and you have not filed a Proof of Claim, tomorrow — Friday, August 14, 2026 — is the deadline.
This is the one step that protects what you are owed. If you have been meaning to get to it, please do it today or tomorrow.
What to do
File online through the court's electronic claims site: mab.uscourts.gov/claims-e-filing. You do not need a PACER account, and you do not need a lawyer.
You need three things:
- The case: Oxford Street Education, LLC, case number 26-11334, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts
- The amount you are owed — a deposit, prepaid tuition, or anything else
- Any proof you have — an enrollment agreement, a receipt, a billing statement

Two things to watch out for
Do not mail it. A paper claim counts as filed when the clerk actually receives it, not when you drop it in the mail. With one day left, mail will not arrive in time. Use the electronic site.
The August 19 Meeting of Creditors does not push this back. The continued creditors' meeting is next Wednesday, and the September 9 hearing is a few weeks out. Neither one moves the claim deadline. August 14 stands on its own.
The short version: get your claim on file today. Do your best and get it on file.
