Closing Thoughts

We’re close to finalizing our Dwolla sunset. It looks like the service will shut down at the end of October. Next week, we’ll begin communications to customers and contractors about our temporary pause of service.

I would like to offer them the 1099s for 2020 though and plan on using that as a way to keep them engaged and possibly pick up a few new businesses.

I’m also thinking about what we can offer contractors themselves that helps us build that audience base for when we launch the refocused CrewPay.

• Can we use Track to do estimated tax withholding and/or withholding?
• Can we help them automate quarterly tax payments?

Can we use this re-platform time to actually build momentum?
