Closing Thoughts
On my mind constantly as we launch CrewPay to the public is the “first mile.”
The first 30-60 seconds of every new business and contractor who signs up for CrewPay is critical. It’s the product’s first mile. At this stage, customers are especially selfish, impatient and lazy. The don’t want to learn anything. They’re busy. They just want to do.
I like the direction we’ve headed in for onboarding. I want us to keep optimizing it and making it better. Let’s be keen to listen and stay empathetic as new customers sign up.
If we can get the first mile right, I believe it will help us prioritize our roadmap and build something people love to use.
