Closing Thoughts

When I hear product people I respect talk about what makes a “great” product, they always mention some variation of it needing to be simple but not so simple it’s not useful.

We’ve done a good job of keeping CrewPay simple, “just” solving management of independent contractors, but not so simple it’s not useful.

It’s like Goldilocks.

There has to be a balance.

Let’s keep this in mind as we improve the product.
