CrewPay Whatupdate No. 35

Hello, crew.

Team Accomplishments & News

  • Quiet this week

Product Accomplishments & News

  • Product update from Matt: Slides here

Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Accomplishments & News

  • 2019 Q4 FB Ads Report: TLDR, we had decent results on views and clicks but almost no conversions. We need to try different audiences and/or offers until something converts. Once that happens, we’ll expand the efforts
  • Continued outreach, including submissions to startup directories, a few communities
  • Email scripts for marketing agencies, bookkeepers and youth sports
  • Scheduling B2B meetings with financial institutions
  • Had a call with Storage Scholars this week. Desipite some of the issues, Sam is stoked about growing with us this year. They plan on having 200 contractors by end of 2020. Hat tip to Matt for the great support and communication with Sam!

Revenue & New Client

  • 26 transactions last week (45 YTD)
  • $66,892 sent last week ( $74,460 YTD)
  • 0 new companies, 0 new contractors
  • 14 companies, 8 active in the last month
  • 98 contractors, 81 active in the last month
  • Totals:
    • MRR: $405*
    • ARR: $4,860 * MRPC: $50.63

The numbers for totals have been off. We’re working on getting true revenue and using active estimates for now.

Closing Thoughts

This week, I’d like to simply call out how valuable it is to have good partners. From the beginning, Lou Anne Flanders-Stec (First Launch Capital) and Troy Knauss have been our biggest cheerleaders. Not only that, they’ve invested their time and $$ in CrewPay.

As we’ve started pursuing how CrewPay can solve similar problems for the enterprise, Troy and Lou Anne continue to step up with contacts and introductions.

We continue to grow week-by-week at CrewPay thanks to the hard work by the team and great partners. I’m excited for where things are going in Q1.

Ever,
David
