CrewPay: Whatupdate No. 3
Hello, crew.
This past week I went to a Fintech meetup in the Winston-Salem. It was interesting hearing about the momentum NC has in this space. I spoke with executives from a few banks and regional credit unions in addition to a few businesses. The feedback on sharing CrewPay was encouraging. Everyone I spoke with loved our focus on a core headache for small businesses.
We’re coming to market at a great time.

Closing Thoughts
I’m really excited about the changes we’re making to the product. It’s getting much better. I believe we’re building something our customers will love.
Here are three things I think we can do (that I’m keeping at the forefront of my mind) to ensure CrewPay is great.
- Stay focused on our customer and the core problem we solve
- Use the product as customers every week
- Be committed to one product vision and avoid chasing every new direction
