CrewPay: Whatupdate No. 3

Hello, crew.

This past week I went to a Fintech meetup in the Winston-Salem. It was interesting hearing about the momentum NC has in this space. I spoke with executives from a few banks and regional credit unions in addition to a few businesses. The feedback on sharing CrewPay was encouraging. Everyone I spoke with loved our focus on a core headache for small businesses.

We’re coming to market at a great time.

Closing Thoughts

I’m really excited about the changes we’re making to the product. It’s getting much better. I believe we’re building something our customers will love.

Here are three things I think we can do (that I’m keeping at the forefront of my mind) to ensure CrewPay is great.

  1. Stay focused on our customer and the core problem we solve
  2. Use the product as customers every week
  3. Be committed to one product vision and avoid chasing every new direction
