Closing Thoughts
We’re coming off another very productive week. We finished a payments page update (releasing next week), sent the website designs to development, and had a great work session with Lou Anne and Troy to map out fundraising goals.
As we start September, I’d like us to focus on a specific target through the end of the year. Here’s what I propose. I’m calling it Two by 200.
Two
- Releasing 1099 service
- Releasing Quickbooks integration
200
- Number of active contractors by 12.31.19
Why this is important?
The 1099 service and Quickbooks integration are two of the bigger features we’ve set as a goal for this year. There are a lot of other ideas and things we can do but these two are significant for the marketability and utility of CrewPay.
200 active contractors gives us a minimum of $1,000 in MRR. If we can do $1k in MRR, we can do $100k.
Let’s go!
Ever,
David
