Closing Thoughts
I’ve been thinking a lot about what a freemium model could look like for CrewPay. I can see it being effective as a customer acquisition strategy, not as a pricing model.
As I’ve talked about before, I believe marketing and product development are pretty close to the same thing in the beginning. Using CrewPay is the most valuable marketing asset we have. Done right, we can highlight CrewPay’s value and acquire new customers.
From here, the critical step is being able to convert them into paid customers. I believe we do this through value-driven add-ons like 1099s.
Let’s consider this over the next few weeks and keep the conversation going.
Have a great week.
Ever,
David
