happy international zine month, y'all! this is gonna be a short + quick update. i'm writing you from the first day of my vacation, but i'll probably send this at the end of it. i keep saying how excited i am to not work for about a week, but you wouldn't know it by the way i spent all day today catching up on emails and projects after putting my etsy shop on hiatus til the 14th (: it's really good that i'm taking a break because i have been BONKERS busy lately.

✷ big zine news ✷

a bunch of my zines are now available from antiquated future distro! definitely check them out. they're based out of portland and they have a huge catalog of amazing zines and music. they're also run by really great people!

I'M DOING A VIRTUAL ZINE READING for virtual portland zine symposium!!! it's hosted by IPRC (independent publishing resource center), and the event is july 24th from 5-6pm. i've somehow never done a zine reading in my life! i'm hella nervous. if you'd like to attend, you have to pre-register and there's more info about that at the link. i hope this was okay to share, the lineup isn't up yet lol.

wanderer 7 is done! sort of! i have to finalize the layout and do a test print, but all the content is there. i can't wait to get it out of my computer and into the world! before that happens though, i'm getting to work on finalizing the playlist for it and sketching out a booklet to go along with it for my $10 patrons. i plan on sending just the mini booklet out to $5 patrons as a physical thank you for paying for access to my digital library. these lil mix booklets will be for patrons only and wont be available anywhere else! i'll keep y'all posted on my progress with this. i'm projecting end of august at this point!

✷ fucking hooray ✷

it seems like i've been getting so many gifts from the universe recently, both in my personal life and my "career." it's been so good to reconnect with so many friends lately. and i can't thank everyone enough for supporting my art all these years. i'm so grateful for anyone who has ever bought a thing from me or paid me to make art or reached out to tell me that something i wrote or made resonated with them, or just shared my work with other folks. i love y'all and i hope you have a good day today!
